What are the responsibilities and job description for the Referral Specialist position at Realhab, Inc.?
Realhab Inc. is looking for a Referral Specialist join our team. The Referral Specialist completes all aspects of obtaining the Intake and Referral process. Physical Therapy knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Speak and correspond with patients and insurance companies.
- Document, check eligibility benefits information for the patients to ensure payor guidelines are met.
- Responsible for documenting account activity, updating patient information within the billing system to ensure all functionalities are utilized.
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients.
- Able to communicate effectively with staff from all departments.
- Complete written and verbal communications.
