Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, and leases
- Guide buyers through the home search and purchase process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Provide market insights and assist buyers in selecting mortgage options that fit their needs
- Serve as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
- Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their home-buying needs
Qualifications
- A valid Utah Real Estate License
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate tools and CRM platforms
- A proven sales history is preferred but not required
- Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
