Responsibilities:
- Guide sellers through the entire listing process, from pricing strategies to closing the deal.
- Create and manage key transaction documents, including listing agreements, purchase contracts, and closing statements.
- Develop personalized marketing plans to showcase properties and attract buyers.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and staging to ensure maximum property value.
- Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyers or their agents to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Utah Real Estate License or a willingness to complete the required licensing course.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends is a plus.
