Job Title: Commercial Claims Business Analyst
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Claims Business Analyst to support end-to-end claims operations, process improvements, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property & casualty (P&C) insurance, claims workflows, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements for commercial claims processes- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and IT teams to improve system functionality
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions
- Create user stories, process flows, and business rules
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production validation
- Work with data teams for reporting and performance insights
Required Skills:
5 years as a Business Analyst in commercial claims (P&C insurance)- Strong knowledge of claims lifecycle and policy administration systems
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
