Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MuleSoft Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will serve as a technical expert and mentor, guiding a team of developers and working closely with stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-performance integrations across our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft (ESB, API-led connectivity).
- Translate business requirements into well-architected integration solutions that best leverage the MuleSoft platform.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of MuleSoft developers and integration engineers.
- Define best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, DevOps, and QA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper documentation of integration processes and solutions.
- Participate in planning and estimation activities for integration initiatives.
- Stay current with MuleSoft and broader integration trends, recommending enhancements to architecture and processes.
