Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Mulesoft Tech Lead to join our team onsite in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead integration architecture, design, and implementation using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and developers to deliver robust APIs and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Mulesoft development team.
- Ensure coding standards, performance tuning, and best practices are followed.
Required Skills:
- Overall IT experience: 10 Years
- 7 years of experience in integration projects, with 4 years in Mulesoft.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Experience with API-led connectivity and RAML-based design.
- Proficient in integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and error handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Mulesoft Certified Developer or Architect.
- Experience in banking, financial, or insurance domain is a plus.
