- Design and implement customized solutions to optimize document management processes
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce processing times
- Work closely with internal teams to implement and test customized solutions
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure optimal performance of Ricoh's document management solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for document and workflow management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in document management, workflow optimization, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management experience is a plus
