Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM/WM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and support in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. This role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of production, quality, and warehouse processes in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM).
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP, QM, and WM modules to support manufacturing, quality control, and warehouse operations.
Develop and implement best practices for production planning, shop floor control, material staging, quality inspections, and warehouse processes.
Configure Master Data (Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans, Warehouse Structures, Storage Bins, and Handling Units).
Support MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand management, and production execution processes.
Ensure seamless integration between PP, QM, and WM modules and with other SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, and EWM.
Lead system testing, user training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities.
Assist in data migration and cutover activities for master and transactional data related to PP, QM, and WM.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
Work with ABAP developers to design and test custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM, and WM implementation and support.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and WM (Warehouse Management).
Experience in production execution, MRP, batch management, serial number tracking, quality inspection, and warehouse processes.
Knowledge of SAP configuration, master data setup, process flows, and integration points with MM, SD, and FI/CO.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps for PP/QM/WM.
Familiarity with LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, IDocs, and data migration strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
Ability to work in Agile or SAP Activate project methodologies.
