Manufacturing Tech: Deburr - Laser - Saw

Really Right Stuff designs and sells premium photography and firearm support gear such as tripods, tripod heads, and quick-release systems. All products are made in the USA. We are based in Lehi and sell directly to consumers all over the world.

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team to deburr parts coming from our CNCs, laser engrave products, and operate a precision saw to supply material to CNC machinists. It's a good opportunity for those wanting to learn more about machining.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various manufacturing processes and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

· Fill open work orders and check the materials for accuracy

· Come up with improvements, eliminate waste in area

· Keep a clean, organized work environment

· Ability to lift & carry 40 pounds

· Product inspection and quality control

· Keep raw material inventory organized

· Work efficiently and autonomously

· Daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area

Minimum Qualifications:

· High attention to detail

· Self-starter with a good work ethic

· Speak, write, and communicate fluently in English

· Basic math and time keeping

· Strong communication skills

· Friendly, punctual, reliable and a positive attitude

· Prior to employment, candidates must comply with a background check, and drug screening.

Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using equipment and tools
- Familiarity with CNC machines, and precision measuring instruments is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
