Job Description:
As a Care Team Employee at Simplicity Laser Hair Removal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care and service throughout their laser hair removal journey. You will work closely with our clients to schedule treatments, sell starter packages and treatment programs, and provide them with personalized attention and support to ensure their satisfied with their results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair removal goals, medical history, and any concerns or questions they may have through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Pre & Post-Treatment Care: Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care instructions and provide guidance on skincare products to optimize results and minimize discomfort.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, identifying solutions, and developing relationships with clients
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including corporate Directors, Clinical team, Clinic Managers and our Laser Technicians, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Following Up with Leads: Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services, provide information, and schedule consultations to convert leads into clients.
- Hit Target Daily and Monthly Sales Goals: Proactively work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication, upselling of services, and promoting package deals to clients.
- Answering Emails and Text Messages in Timely Manner: Respond promptly to client inquiries received via email or text message, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a fun and professional work environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or aesthetic-related role is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
