Independence Title Company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (George Bush Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Escrow Assistant (with potential to be licensed) is responsible for:
- Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
- Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
- Having hands-on experience with the closing process, if becoming licensed.
- Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
- Backing up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management.
- Keeping Esc. Officer license active and CE credits up to date, after becoming licensed.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 4 years of Escrow experience, frontend and backend/funding, required
- Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
- Great written and verbal communication skills required
- Able to work proficiently with technology and in fast paced environment
- Microsoft Suite proficient, including Outlook
- This position works at the office - not a work from home position
