This organization is INNOVATIVE, stable, and actively developing. The Director of Facilities will provide oversight and facilities management of a property portfolio and directly manage the facilities management staff to support the portfolio. The Director is responsible to a ssess the physical condition of properties and implement preventative maintenance and improvement programs to maximize the value of company assets. They will manage contractors and service providers responsible for regular building and equipment preventative and corrective maintenance.

Must Haves
- BA/BS in engineering, architecture, facilities management or related technical field required. Advanced Degree/MBA degree preferred
- 10 years progressive facilities management, construction and/or design experience. Preferably in life science or laboratory facilities properties
- Experience managing, building or designing critical building environments such as laboratories, manufacturing, etc.
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other technical building system expertise.
- Technical education and hands-on-experience in HVAC design and engineering, electrical design and engineering, plumbing design and engineering, and other building support systems
- Proven experience with sustainability and energy conservation programs in commercial or institutional buildings required
- CEM or LEED accreditation preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, AutoCad, CMMS, and BAS
- Manage portfolio energy data for: GRESB, ESPM, energy disclosures, energy models, utility allocations, and energy projects
- Ability to read building plans

Salary : $150,000 - $188,000
