Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly update of business model for actuals and reforecast.
- Build out and review monthly cost of sales models.
- Prepare 90-day cash flow forecasts.
- Assist tracking budget v. actuals.
- Prepare core monthly and quarterly Real Estate financial reports, including portfolio financial reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a general accountant or financial analyst
- Experience working in real estate development - required.
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Proficient using Sage accounting software (Intacct), Timberline or experience using similar software.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation.
- Attention to detail, Excel expert

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
