What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at RealREPP?
Here at ReaREPP, we are working directly with the COO/ Partner on a brand new HR Manager for a FBO (Fixed based operation) growing private aviation company. They just acquired a 79 employee company on the East Coast (Richmond, Virgina area) so ideally want someone working remotely close to Richmond if needed but are open to others outside of that.
They are currently at 82 employees and have 2 acquisitions coming up in the next 6 months so will be over 125 employees by Q2 2025 so this HR Manager has room to grow into the HR Director and will report into the Corporate Controller/ CFO (who I placed and is amazing btw)
This HR professional needs to have the ability to help update the handbooks and help develop and roll out best policies and procedures at the corporate level that will be distributed to each location as they grow across the USA. Heavy on employee relations, partnering with middle management on best HR practices and assisting with the Paylocity rollout that will streamline the HR functions.
Compensation
Base of $100,000 -$115,000 (DOE) plus up bonus
Medical/ Dental/ Vision with low premium options
Company will contribute $600 per year into an HSA
$125 per month reimbursement for cell phone
