We are currently partnered with a premier Life Safety and Electronic Security Integrator that has a Regional presence in the Southeast US.
At this time, our client is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor or Lead Technician looking to take the next step in their career! This position is open due to continued growth and expansion and is a critical need due to ongoing work in the region. The organization has a strong track record of success and works on large commercial, education, healthcare and industrial projects. Their main focus is low voltage life safety and electronic security integration including access control, burglar alarm, fire alarm, etc. They need someone that knows the market and knows the industry while also possessing a strong technical knowledge of the mentioned systems.

Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of assigned projects
- Interacting with customers throughout the project life cycle
- Communication with company personnel to find quick and effective resolutions and strategies
- Scheduling preconstruction, project kickoff and regular weekly meetings as well as scheduling materials, equipment, and tools to ensure work can be performed as scheduled and required
- Managing change orders
- strong hourly rate - $30/hr. (DOE)

- Significant commercial electronic systems installation experience in commercial facilities
- Prior project management and leadership experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
- NICET II in Fire Alarm Systems or higher
