Job Summary

To perform a variety of duties required to maintain exterior cleanliness and ensure the property is kept in a safe and attractive condition.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Walk the property removing litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Perform "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments.
• Pick-up and sweep dumpster area.
• Detail property on regular basis.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Clean and maintain pool and/or spa.
• Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc.
• Shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed.
• Assist with "make-ready" duties when requested.
• Distribute resident communications
• Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.

• Requirements
• Must have working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of tools.
• Knowledgeable in the use of wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, hoists, jacks and step ladders, full ladders, and double ladders.
