Property Manager

Minimum Requirements

***Candidates must complete the three Skill Tests indicated for this position***

• Must currently live in the NYC area.
• B.S. Degree.
• Property management experience preferred but will consider a candidate with a transferable skill set and willingness to learn.
• Great customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, unit owners and shareholders.
• Inspect properties as needed for basic maintenance and repair issues.
• Request and negotiate repair proposals with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Hire contractors and coordinate access with tenants.
• Respond to emails and phone calls from residents, board members, building owners, and building professionals.
• Oversee Superintendents and building staff.
• Review Sublet Applications and Alteration Agreements.
• Review and approve invoices for payment.
• Attend board meetings via Zoom or in person as needed.
• Draft annual budgets with assistance from the CPA for Condo and Co-op buildings.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

RealTegrity Property Management is a start-up in year 5 with a portfolio of 11 properties and actively growing! The first year compensation package for this position is $50,000 salary, 10 paid days off after first 3 months of employment, and health insurance after 1 year of employment. Salary and benefits will increase as we continue to add properties to our portfolio, and health insurance may be offered sooner.
