Role Summary
We are looking for an Account Director to join our US Client Services team at Realtime Denver, to deliver conversation-changing media strategies for some of the world’s largest corporate brands.
You’ll take a lead on the strategy and planning across a portfolio of clients – a first for Realtime. In this role you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of innovative, best-in-class campaigns across multiple paid media channels and work with clients’ in-house teams to bridge paid and non-paid communications tactics into strategic plans.
You will use your experience in digital, marketing, and advocacy fields, with a passion for delivering impactful, high-quality work. On the front lines of our business you will excel in providing partners with top-tier advocacy tools and strategic performance insights. Unfazed by challenges, you will approach crises with a steady, composed demeanor, and enjoy solving problems in the moment.
You will be awesome in customer service, with strong experience working across multiple accounts, delivering the best-of-the-best to your clients, and ensuring strong relationships are fostered and maintained.
You will have an interest across multiple markets as we have a wide-ranging portfolio of clients, and ideally, experience in managing omni-channel campaigns for clients with complex consumer journeys and high price points.
You will continually investigate new opportunities and tactics, ensuring fresh thinking is brought to the table, creating bespoke strategies for your client, and identifying solutions to meet their needs so you can take them to new levels of growth beyond their expectations.
You will proactively collaborate with our channel operations teams to ensure campaign activation, reporting, and optimisation is delivered on time and without a hitch.
You will seek and create opportunities to complete the tasks in better, more effective, and different ways which creates a high impact beyond expectations.

You’re the right person for the role if you have:
- A strong background in any digital channel with a record of proven results for corporate and advocacy clients in key industries.
- Prior hands-on-keyboard experience is preferred.
- 5 years of advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website, lead, and app analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer etc.).
- Ad platform certifications are a plus.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Crafting tailored engagement strategies for partners to maximize the benefits of Realtime and from Day 1 - you’re not just a point of contact, you’re a true partner, fully immersed in their work
- Addressing partner support requests from new campaign launches to reporting queries - you will be adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have a talent for prioritizing in real-time.
- You will lead client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, working to explicit budgets and timelines, and ensuring Realtime Agency are in a position to expand and maximize opportunities.
- You will establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organizations and fostering collaborative partnerships
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews, you will be skilled at providing strategic insights and demonstrating value to your clients
- Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSPs.
- Manage, support, and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns; you will ensure channel strategies align with core client goals and contract stipulations.
- Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience with Realtime is best in class.
- Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
- Bring innovative ideas and new thinking to the forefront of everyday account interactions.
