Duties
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Assist in business development initiatives by researching and identifying target markets.
- Manage lead generation processes, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Support inside sales activities by providing necessary information and resources to the sales team.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
