Realty Income is looking for an experienced Treasury Senior System Administrator who will work with the Treasury Department to maintain, monitor, and schedule the company’s daily treasury activities within the Kyriba treasury management system. As a Senior Treasury System Administrator with our company, you will also be responsible for supporting the Treasury Director in bank administration and system setup. In this role, you will exhibit the teamwork needed to further advance the automation and digitization of cash processes to scale cash operations.

What you will be working on:

Treasury Administration

• Manage and maintain the Kyriba treasury management system.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain user accounts and roles.
• Configure and customize the system to meet the organization’s needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kyriba with other systems, as necessary.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the system.
• Stay updated with Kyriba updates and new features.
• Coordinate testing for Kyriba upgrades, as necessary.
• Recommend and coordinate the implementation of system enhancements and improvements.

Processes and Controls

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and monitor Kyriba's operational policies. As necessary, manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Kyriba operations.

Other Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead special projects, as necessary, including performing treasury and/or Kyriba-related research.
• Evaluate and help lead initiatives for new software needs for the Treasury Department, including troubleshooting potential gaps to ensure that adequate tools are maintained for the group.
• Assist with generating the company's global cash forecast, managing interest charges, and ensuring that cash balances are at the daily requisite levels.
• Assist with set-up of private fund banking within Kyriba.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Systems.
• 7 years of relevant work experience in the Kyriba treasury management system.
• Real estate Industry experience preferred.

The base salary for this role is in the range of $92,583 - $141,828. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
