Realty Title Company in Smyrna, TN is looking for a full-time Real Estate Title Processor/Closer.

Job Description

The Processor/Closer position is responsible for oversight of the real estate closing process, which includes document preparation, file balancing, and disbursing. The position oversees the pre-closing and post-closing aspects of the transaction as well.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or attributes:

• Strong familiarity with real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title opinions.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under time constraints.
• Experience working with real estate closing software (SoftPro required).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Five (5) years of real estate closing experience required.
