JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to tenant work orders by making the necessary repairs and assisting the Building Engineer in the upkeep and operation of all building systems. Specific responsibilities include:

- Respond to tenant work orders and make necessary repairs
- Respond to emergency situations following building protocols during or after-hours
- Provide preventative maintenance duties related to building HVAC components
- Day to day maintenance, repairs, and work order related tasks
- Keep updated records of maintenance tasks
- Special event setup/tear down
- Security check of all outside entrances
- Ability to lift and move 100lbs by applying proper body mechanics
- Minor repairs to HVAC components (filters, belts, etc.)
- Other duties and special projects as assigned

- High school degree or equivalent required; Two-year Technical degree preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of commercial buildings
