Responsibilities & qualifications:
Assist workers engaged in fabricating, assembling, installing and processing materials, parts and assemblies
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and a consistent pace
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations
Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
Ability to learn new tasks and learn how to operate basic production equipment
Quality focused, strives for high level of accuracy and completeness
Proficient with a variety of manual and power tools
Strong observation skills, detail orientation, can catch errors or inconsistencies
Must be reliable and punctual
Communicate well with all employees
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Understanding and support of company policies and procedures
