Join Rebecca Schools, a network of private therapeutic day schools serving children ages 3 to 21 with neurodevelopmental delays, including autism spectrum disorders. Founded in 2006, we use the DIRFloortime® model to foster communication, social interaction, and personal growth. Our skilled educators and therapists collaborate in thoughtfully designed sensory gyms, art studios, and bright classrooms, creating a nurturing environment where students thrive.
What we offer:
- Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are between 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM . No nights or weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet staff, students, families, and school visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Front Office / Desk coverage and maintenance
- Schedule meetings, visits, and company events.
- Create, maintain and ensure proper staffing for arrival/departure of students during bussing.
- Collect and sort all mail and packages, assist in mailing out of progress reports, contracts and other applicable correspondence.
- Manage and organize Staff mailroom.
- Perform clerical duties as needed, including copying, faxing, etc.
- Support Administration Department.
- Address inquiries from families/visitors regarding basic school information (school schedule, contacting staff…) effectively and efficiently.
- Abide by rules of confidentiality.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with all staff members, parents and students.
- Safety of students at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion.
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences.
