- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate product knowledge, recommending items to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions efficiently, operating cash registers and adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the store's appearance is maintained, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
