Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about helping users, optimizing workflows, and making systems more efficient. This role is perfect for someone eager to support day-to-day IT operations while growing into a more technical DevOps-focused position.
You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations across our applications, networks, and devices while gaining exposure to the modern cloud infrastructure and automation tools we use. Responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide technical support for custom business applications and resolve user issues efficiently.
Networking & Security: Configure Ubiquiti networking equipment and manage security cameras, ensuring optimal network performance and compliance with security standards with Unifi Network and Protect.
Device Management: Set up and maintain iOS, Macs, and Windows PCs, including training users as needed.
Software Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Office 365, Teams, and other Microsoft applications for business users.
Google Workspace: Implement and maintain Google Drive, Mail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet within the organization.
Warehouse Equipment: Configure Zebra printers and barcode scanners to support warehouse operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to address operational challenges in the warehouse and identify possible issues early.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in handling IT support tickets for custom applications.
- Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti networking equipment and security cameras.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing Microsoft 365 services.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
- Experience configuring Zebra printers and barcode scanners.
- Desire to learn new things and grow skillsets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Some basic software development or DevOps experience on Google Cloud Platform, especially Kubernetes.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges with the tech team.
