Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Fabrication Workflow – Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Rebellion’s quality standards.
- Lead & Mentor the Team – Provide guidance, training, and hands-on support to fabricators while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Quality Control – Conduct inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain precision, craftsmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
- Project Coordination – Work closely with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
- Efficiency & Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall shop productivity.
- Safety Compliance – Enforce safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices for a secure and compliant work environment.
- Material & Equipment Management – Monitor inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of management experience in fabrication or steel-related industries.
- 5-8 years of hands-on fabrication experience.
- Proven expertise in fabrication techniques, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to project challenges.
- Experience in team supervision, training, and workflow management.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
