We are looking for an energetic and passionate team player. As Operations Manager- Nashville you will be owning all Operations related aspects in the Nashville location. This includes direct management of the Nashville Operations team. You will lead all areas such inventory & supply management, maintaining merchandise quality and condition mandates and e-commerce listing requirement support. Ensuring the overall success of Rebelstork Nashville you will work closely with the Head of Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and cross-functionally with our support teams.
- Take ownership of Rebelstork’s Operations growth and performance in the Nashville facility
- Lead the Nashville operations team - ensuring staff embody the company culture and are empowered to deliver on the Rebelstork standard work
- Inventory Management. Manage & maintain the inbound & outbound inventory flow in Nashville. This includes shipping, receiving, working with listing requirements while ensuring that all processes are completed within company guidelines and meeting standards & timeframes.
- Supply Management. Manage the process of maintaining appropriate budget and quantity of supplies for order fulfillment.
- Tech savvy- You are comfortable with technology and able to dig into new systems to conduct analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management to drive decisions on key business priorities.
- Work cross functionally with a variety of teams (Merchandising, Finance, Tech, Marketing)
- Be seen as the Nashville expert by demonstrating a strong understanding of the Rebelstork business model and KPI metrics.
- You have 5 years of experience within a high growth company in project management or similar capacity
- Data-driven problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into practical insights that inform decisions
- Tech confident and able to learn/operate new systems
- You can demonstrate strong operational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with e-commerce
- High-growth operations or start-up experience
- Experience managing and influencing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally
- You believe to our mission and are passionate about empowering the circular economy
- You have proven ability to lead by example and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done side by side with the team while maintaining the big picture vision
- You have an incredible sense of organization and prone to structure building, but can successfully navigate a frequently changing work environment
- Fluent in English and conversant in Spanish

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
