Job Description for Setup Technician

Molded plastic parts are used in various industries such as defense, aerospace, medical, industrial, and consumer products. We are seeking a skilled Setup Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift.

The ideal candidate will have experience with thermoset transfer molding and at least 2 years of mold setup/processing experience. A high school diploma is required, and the ability to read, write, and speak English is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to lift and move containers weighing up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install plastic injection molds in presses
• Establish process parameters for consistent part quality and efficient cycles

A plus factor would be experience with thermoset transfer molding. The successful candidate will work in a well-run company where everyone shares the financial rewards of success.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship or national status
• U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
• Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
• Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
• Ability to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
