Responsibilities:
- Manage communication between clients and team members, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and requests
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of client interactions and communications
- Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and events as needed
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure communication efforts align with business objectives
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding communication progress and outcomes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a communication or customer service role
