Overview
Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion!
*This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from home for 2 weeks, followed by 1 week in the office*

Responsibilities
Use of phone, email, SMS, and other communication methods to address customer inquiries and concerns
Provide customer support & product knowledge for clientele in a high call volume environment
Address rebuttals and provide exceptional customer service
Qualify leads through the use of a script, and schedule appointments for our direct sales team
Use of Salesforce (CRM) to communicate with internal departments (Finance, Project management, Sales Operations, etc)
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
Schedule:
- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
