Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate completion of project administrative documents
- Legible version of all project documents (field measure notes, drawings, etc.) exist; photographs and other data are collected meticulously and are uploaded daily
- Project schedules are appropriate, and deadlines are met
- Confer with clients and other members of the Reborn team to determine project requirements
- Timely arrival to project site
- Collection of monies per contract
- Review of contract and administrative documents with customer
- Problems are reported immediately and resolved quickly
- Additional work as directed by Field Engineer Lead
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent
- Knowledge of construction practices
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Must be customer service driven
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
