Measuring Technician

Responsibilities Timely and accurate completion of project administrative documents Legible version of all project documents (field measure notes, drawings, etc.) exist; photographs and other data are collected meticulously and are uploaded daily Project schedules are appropriate, and deadlines are met Confer with clients and other members of the Reborn team to determine project requirements Timely arrival to project site Collection of monies per contract Review of contract and administrative documents with customer Problems are reported immediately and resolved quickly Additional work as directed by Field Engineer Lead Qualifications 2+ years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent Knowledge of construction practices High standard of integrity and professionalism Must be customer service driven Must be able to pass a background screening Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance What we offer Annual base salary of $58,240 + performance-based bonus The average annual bonus ranges from $10,000 to $20,000 Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid vacations & PTO Opportunities for growth and advancement 401(k) plan Schedule Full-time Monday- Friday Saturdays if Needed Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $58,240.00/Yr.
