Join RTTB and play a critical role in transforming communities! As a Construction Program Coordinator, you will manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from permits to completion. Reporting to the Program Manager and Regional Construction Manager, you will help provide safe, healthy, and affordable housing to communities across Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution: Lead projects through planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and final execution.
- Compliance & Inspections: Manage permitting and inspections, ensuring all projects meet regulatory requirements.
- Financial & Material Management: Collaborate with accounting to keep projects on budget; manage bidding and vendor relations.
- Client & Community Engagement: Serve as the client liaison during repairs, ensure satisfaction, and participate in community volunteer events.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain case files in Salesforce, assist with reporting, and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications:
- Mission-Driven: Committed to RTTB’s mission of community revitalization.
- Experience: 1-2 years in construction, nonprofit, or social services; experience with home inspections is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Builder’s Trend, Salesforce, and adaptive to new technology.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to travel regionally and work occasional weekends or evenings.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 10-20 lbs and navigating active construction sites.
