The role :
We're seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty Creative team at Rebuy. You are a passionate, innovative designer who loves the work you do and are excited to find unconventional solutions to design problems.
Design is highly valued at Rebuy, and we are looking for a designer who is excited to help grow Rebuy through focused, thoughtful design strategy. You'll have the opportunity to shape Rebuy's brand by designing compelling and memorable experiences, from new brand identities to product launches to websites to swag to live events. You'll work closely with our small, collaborative Marketing team, and cross-functionally with other teams within Rebuy, to conceptualize and execute high quality creative that helps Rebuy stand out in the market.
What you'll do :
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, writers, developers, and product designers to create on-brand, beautiful, and effective creative work.Elevate and maintain the Rebuy brandDevelop brand identities for Rebuy's new products, major events, and mediaDesign beautiful, inspiring, and refined creatives (including campaigns, ads, socials, emails, web layouts, print, merch, and other marketing deliverables) that are built to fulfill specific Marketing KPIsCommunicate with senior creative staff, team members, and stakeholders to gather and leverage feedback for continuous improvementPartner collaboratively within both Marketing and Product teams on shared goals, while understanding how your work fits into the greater context of Marketing and the businessCome up with creative solutions for problems and be willing to experiment where neededManage complex design projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and remaining within budgetBecome an expert in Rebuy's products and develop a deep understanding of our place within the competitive landscapeWhat you'll need :
3-5 years experience in graphic design, ideally for a B2B SaaS productComfort with designing in many styles-modern, classic, retro, futuristic, quirky, etc. and a desire to push boundaries and try new thingsA beautiful, well-organized portfolio of work that showcases your process and approach to solving design challengesProficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative SuiteTop-notch layout, typography, imagery, illustration, and composition skillsExperience designing marketing campaigns that includes various types of design assets (print, digital, video, illustration, etc.) across multiple channels (blog, social, email, web, etc.)Understanding foundational principles of print design and how to prepare files for productionAbility to interpret written or verbal communication from stakeholders and uncover design solutions that solve the core of the challengeUnderstanding of UI and UX, particularly within the context of SaaS applications and SaaS marketingAbility to synthesize complex information into easily digestible layouts and establish visual hierarchyComfort with designing for a defined audienceCustomer empathy : A soft spot for the end user, advocating for them in all areas of your workWell organizedImpeccable attention to detail, thoroughness, and polish in your workGrowth mindset and a hunger to grow, learn, and try new thingsComfortable soliciting feedback and a desire to understand and empathize with the POV of multiple stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills and excitement to partner with colleagues across functionsAbility to work independently, problem solve, and take initiativeAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and comfortable acting with incomplete informationBONUS : Motion graphics, animation, and video chopsBONUS : Experience distilling data into visualizationsBONUS : Hubspot CMS experienceBONUS : Shopify or ecommerce knowledgeInterview process :
