What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Assistant position at REC?
Ophthalmic office seeking a person with experience as an Ophthalmic assistant to work along side our current team members.
1 years experience in an Ophthalmic or Optometric clinic is preferred.
Ideal candidate should have a basic working knowledge of the following: Performing patient testing including vision, visual fields and OCT's, entering data into an Electronic Health Record and interacting with patients, vendors and other physician offices in a professional and courteous manner.
Long periods of standing may be required.
Ability to type 40 w/m and basic working knowledge of computer is essential.
Salary commensurate with experience and/or certification.
