As a key member of our production department, your primary responsibility will be to perform tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of composite structures. You will contribute to the production of high-quality automotive seating solutions by ensuring efficient layup and assembly processes.

As a key member of our production department, your primary responsibility will be to perform tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of composite structures. You will contribute to the production of high-quality automotive seating solutions by ensuring efficient layup and assembly processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform layup and assembly tasks following established work instructions and standard procedures.
- Assist in planning, laying out, fabricating, and building composite structures and components.
- Layup various composite components with a focus on precision and quality, utilizing RTM, Infusion, and prepreg processes.
- Assist in fitting core components with attention to close tolerances.
- Mark dimensions and reference lines on materials to develop and trace patterns of products or parts.
- Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety, and Quality system policies to provide a safe workplace.
- Commit to delivering quality products and services on time.
Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly using proper lifting techniques.
- Must adhere to OSHA guidelines while bending, stooping, standing, and/or sitting for extended periods.
- Proficient in working with small hand tools, including routers, die grinders, band saws, and Dremel tools.
- Familiarity with basic mathematics skills and precision measuring tools is essential.
- Attention to detail is critical.
