About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and versatile designer with a strong background in web design, layouts, brand, graphic design and project management. This role calls for a dynamic individual looking for ownership and autonomy, who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs while ensuring cohesive brand representation across all platforms. This individual should have a deep understanding of branding principles, web technologies and managing projects from strategy to launch, with the ability to adapt styles and layouts based on project requirements.
Key Role Responsibilities :
- Lead Branding Efforts : Own and evolve the company’s brand identity, style guide, and visual assets to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Web Design & Management : Collaborate with third-party web agency in redesign project to implement new designs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance site functionality. Perform regular website updates, including editing content, updating images, and managing plugins or integrations. Utilize coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to customize page layouts, refine user experiences, and implement design changes. Ensure the website aligns with branding guidelines, functions seamlessly, and remains optimized for performance.
- Graphic Design : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Handle inbound design requests from various teams across the organization. Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including but not limited to, marketing materials, social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, booth graphics and event collateral. Collaborate with and oversee design contractors, ensuring their work meets brand standards and project requirements.
- Cross-Functional Project Management : Partner with the marketing team, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure designs align with strategic objectives and meet deadlines.
- Optimize Processes : Evaluate and improve existing design workflows, implement new tools and techniques, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance branding and web capabilities.
- Asset Management : Organize and maintain a repository of design files, stock images, photography, and other creative resources for internal use.
