**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spanish speaking Human Resources Coordinator & Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective management of employee records, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our organization.
**Duties:**
- Assist in managing employee data , ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, and performing interviews.
- Administer employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide support with performance management, including performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Conduct compliance checks and ensure OSHA regulations are being followed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
-Assist with facilities & security needs
-Maintain office/production supply inventory & purchasing
-Nurture Company Culture
-Act as point of contact for utility companies & vendors
**Qualifications:**
-Spanish Speaking
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or related administrative role.
- Proficiency in human resources management and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Experience with recruitment platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Certification in HR, SHRM-CP, or PHR is a plus.
