As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bilingual Operations Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas.
Role Overview:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end reverse logistics process for smartphones, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in smartphone reverse logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise reverse logistics operations including returns, refurbishment, recycling, and resale processes.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with environmental, industry, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with global partners and suppliers, facilitating seamless communication in English and Spanish.
Develop innovative solutions to minimize waste and maximize the value of returned products.
Coordinate inventory management and workflow optimization to meet demand and quality standards.
Analyze performance data to drive decision-making and strategic improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
3 years of experience in reverse logistics, preferably in the smartphone/electronics sector.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully coaching teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot operational challenges.
Passion for sustainability and circular economy practices within the tech industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency.
