Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop, formulate, implement, and oversee talent strategies to enable the business and unlock further value through our talents.
- Create, maintain, and track our organizational talent pipeline at the back of analytics and business acumen using the talent to value methodology.
- Connect global talent strategies to markets ensuring successful global talent initiative rollouts and market inclusion.
- Work closely with the SVP HR of the area and Area business Leadership Team to drive business priorities and strategy.
- Champion value creation through the right organization setup, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future.
Talent Development
- Project the overall talent and capabilities' needs for the area- and functions- in line with business strategy.
- Organize and oversee individual -and team training programs.
- Conduct skills gap analyses.
- Catch senior leadership, unifying our talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative determined by the Talent CoE.
- Ignite cultural transformations that advance our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
Experience & Skills
Considerable experience leading HR functions within a complex, multinational matrix organization; HR generalist background is instrumental with a strong depth in Talent Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience encompassing multiple geographies.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities, comfortable engaging with all organization levels, including global leadership.
