What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Specialist position at RECOM LLC?

The Operations Specialist position facilitates several operational processes within the business ranging from evaluating incoming devices based on functionality and condition, warehouse logistics, to inventory management.
You will be part of a team responsible for keeping the business‘s daily warehouse and office operations running smoothly. You will be working to achieve clearly defined goals and metrics weekly.
What Experience Is Needed?
No prior experience is required for this role!
You Should Be Able to..
- Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems ( well teach you the ones you need to know! ).
- Work with others in a collaborative environment, encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and ability to stand for 8 hours a day. While it doesn‘t happen every day - there are some days where this may be required.
Competitive Pay : Starting pay is $18 an hour with bonus opportunities for hitting targets

Flexible scheduling : This role requires you to work Monday - Friday, but we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.
Paid Breaks : 30 minute paid breaks daily.
