Summary of Description:
The Analyst, Process Services reports to the Manager, Process Services and will work under the supervision of other disciplines as needed. The position provides general support on a variety of Analyst activities performing standard to moderate complex engineering analysis. This position is responsible for the proper administration of tasks and actions on the company’s action tracking system and risk management, including reporting to site leadership.
Duties:
- Maintains the site Risk Register with associated follow-up and reporting.
- Assists assigned supervisor in various aspects of projects assigned.
- Manages and upkeeps document reservoir for documentation related to incident investigations and task management items.
- Compiles data for monthly departmental commitments report and submits to Manager for Manager review and approval and submits.
- Compiles data for Alignment efforts and submits to Manager for manager review and approval.
- Compiles raw data from analysis performed by third parties and assembles into report form for review by responsible discipline engineers and Manager.
- Complies raw data, perform analyses them and propose mitigations to gaps or deviations identified.
- Collect and consolidate working schedules including holiday’s coverage for Process Services.
- Supports the Departments year departmental Goals and Initiatives. Reviews the Initiatives monthly with Manager and discipline leads, updates, revises, and adjust/adds actions to operational action registry. Ensures coordination, data alignment and consistency. Reports metrics against initiatives plan.
- Supports business-related reporting for Process Services.
- Supports with business process optimization and assurance within Engineering Services.
- Provides Business/ Budget/ Forecasting Process Support.
- Aids Lead Engineers in data gathering of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all equipment for increased efficiency and reduced downtime.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with additional specialized training, or college course work, and at least six (6) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Summary of Description:The Technician will work under the supervision of an assigned specific discipline and based on experience the individual evaluates, selects, and applies standard applicable techniques. Could include discipline work of purchasing, expediting, NDT Inspection, project controls, surveying, laser scanning, schedulers, planner, construction inspectors, project coordinators, automation, controls, etc.
Duties:
- Applying standard discipline techniques to make minor adaptations and modifications.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
License Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License as per State law or requirement
Specific Skills:
- Detailed working knowledge of Policies and Procedures related to project work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
- Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
- Ability to use multi-level stair towers and rung ladders unassisted.
- Ability to hear safety alarms and signals while wearing hearing protection.
- Ability to sit at desk and operate computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Ability to see with visual acuity and distinguish between colors.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. on a regular basis is required and at times lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.
