HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Leading Nonprofit Organization is looking for a high-energy team player to join their Human Resources satellite office in Staten Island, NY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as liaison between employees, hiring managers, and the Director of Human Resources on all HR matters.
-Assist line managers with all HR functions inclusive of processing of new hires, payroll set-up, benefits enrollment, changes to employee records, guidance with policies and procedures, and leaves of absence and terminations.
-Generate new and maintain confidential employee records for assigned population.
-Manage the new hire orientations for assigned population.
-Develop and produce reports as needed.
-Assist HR Director with special projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 plus years of relevant H/R experience supporting a population of over 200 employees
-Bachelor’s degree in H/R or related field
-Payroll processing experience. Paychex software preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
