ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Prestigious NYC nonprofit is looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join their legal team
DUTIES SUMMARY:
-Prepare letters and other correspondence
-Manage calendar for all appointments
-Perform transcription duties
-Answer calls and respond to emails for the department
-Prepare materials for meetings and other admin duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 plus years of administrative assistant experience in a nonprofit, educational institution or law firm
-4 year college degree preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Bilingual Spanish a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
