Are you a compassionate leader who walks the talk? Recovery Plus for Women is seeking individuals that desire to make a difference in ladies' lives that have become broken and at times hopeless. The hours are 7a-3pm and 3pm-11pm, but shifts times can change with some notice.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in guiding and supporting women as they reclaim their lives from addiction.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a Drug Screen. Must have a valid drivers license & Have 0 moving violations in the past 5 years on driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide empathetic support to individuals in various settings, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Behavioral Support: Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to assist clients in achieving their recovery goals.
- Crisis Management: Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to manage crises and maintain a safe environment.
- Recreational Therapy: Lead and participate in weekend recreational activities, including fun events, conferences, seasonal outdoor activities, faith-based programming, crafts, cooking sessions, and guest speaker engagements.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions and progress for ongoing evaluation and treatment planning.
- Medication Observation: Observe and document clients taking medication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in mental health and substance abuse recovery settings is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recovery principles, coping skills and crisis intervention techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Personal Attributes: Compassionate, trustworthy, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
- Leadership: Ability to lead by example, fostering accountability and structure within the recovery process.
- Creativity: Enthusiastic about creating and leading engaging activities that support recovery and personal growth.

This position pays bi-weekly and will be 16 hours per check, one weekend on the next weekend off. Occasional opportunities for additional PRN hours during the week if wanted!
