How you make a difference:
Key Responsibilities:
Eligibility and Record Review: Perform individual served record reviews to determine eligibility for various programs and services.
Enrollment Assistance: Assist facility and site staff, as well as individuals served, with enrollment applications, and submit applications when applicable.
Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Complete Medicare/Medicaid enrollment activities within state-specified time limits and ensure timely submission.
Insurance Identification and Documentation: Notify providers of the individual served's insurance identification number for billing purposes and maintain progress and status control files for enrollment applications.
Financial and Benefits Documentation: Prepare new admissions financial folders, compile eligibility documentation, and review medical and psychosocial records to facilitate program processing and support benefits applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Associates’ degree.
Experience:
- Preferred: Knowledge of medical insurance processes and terminology.
