Senior Living Residences (SLR) is hiring a Payroll and Benefits Coordinater to provide administrative support to both the SLR Payroll & Benefits Administrator in our Home Office, as well as support to, and working collaboratively with community onsite Directors of Business Administration (DBAs) at our 18 unique assisted living communities.

- Process and analyze payroll-related functions both at the SLR Home Office as well as with communities within Paycom HRIS
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and answering payroll-related inquiries from communities
- Provide reporting to manage payroll spending across the communities. Support year-end payroll processing and audits with outside auditors
- Track and maintain employee benefits for the SLR Home Office as well as managed communities including enrolling and terminating employees from coverage and processing changes from open enrollment
- Assist Marketing and Recruitment Departments with development of benefits materials, communication, and distribution
- Assist in correspondence to 401K participants
- Manage associate records both electronically and hard-copy files
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus but not required
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in payroll processing and administration; experience in other human
resources functions, including benefits a plus - Experience with Paycom HRIS strongly preferred
- High level of computer proficiency required in Google Apps for Work, Microsoft Office, Payroll and HRIS
systems, presentation tools; Must be able to learn new software packages quickly - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, thrive in a fast-pace setting and meet deadlines while ensuring
accuracy and effectiveness of payroll and benefit programs administered by SLR - Occasional travel to communities may be required.

Salary : $60,000
