How you make a difference:
The Business Clerk is a key support role within our office, helping to ensure smooth operations by managing clerical tasks, data entry, and organizing files. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy staying organized, and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced business environment, this position is for you! You'll be an integral part of the team, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes while gaining exposure to a variety of office functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Clerical Support: Perform clerical duties, including filing, completing forms, and data entry.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, forms, and other documents as required.

  • Business Office Assistance: Assist with various business office functions, including payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, warehouse, and property management.

  • Project Support: Assist with completing projects to support the business office, as assigned.

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the office.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Preferred: One (1) year business office related work.
  • Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
