">Key Accountabilities
">- Provide therapeutic care to patients, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Assist licensed nursing staff in providing direct services, including data collection, observation, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Act as a Specially Trained Observer for patients in seclusion or restraint and oversee patient whereabouts, mealtime assistance, and transportation.
Qualifications
">Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: One year experience in mental/behavioral health. Licenses/Certifications: CPR certification required prior to providing direct care.
